Delectable Deliveries Bring Delight to Home Owners

Ideal Homes has found in their twenty years of residential developing and home building experience referrals are at the heart of a thriving and successful operation. As an Oklahoma City new home builder in a highly competitive marketplace, it is important to maintain a certain edge to attract new home buyers. Steve Shoemaker, our Director of Marketing, has many checkpoints he has set in place to gauge customer satisfaction and willingness to refer. One of the preexisting programs I've recently begun to coordinate is our cupcake program. This is a fun and unique way to show our home owners we want to stay connected with them even after their new home purchase is complete.
Who are our home owners you may ask? They are double income families and single income families looking for family community in areas like Valencia, Red Canyon or Carrington Place; single parents looking for convenience and safety in a community like Springs at Settlers Ridge; engineers, medical professionals, accountants, oil industry professionals, customer service representatives and students looking for amenities and design any of our 16 communities have to offer.
One thing discovered since I've begun delivering a few of the cupcakes myself: our home owners value our processes, build quality and energy efficiency features. Our Vision, "Building the American dream through mutually beneficial relationships with customers, contractors and co-workers", comes to mind each time someone shares with me their happiness and excitement about their new home as well as their appreciation of our employees.
It is great to be an extension in the community of such a strong and customer oriented organization.
