Our Customer Care team provides an orientation of your new home prior to closing. While some builders might outsource their warranty to third parties, our internal Customer Care team goes above and beyond to make sure the homeownership process is a great experience and are consistently highly rated by our homeowners after closing on their new home. 

The first year of warranty coverage includes the following items resulting from installation errors or manufacturer defects:

• Drywall cracks, nail pops, and tape separation
• Door, window, and gate adjustments
• Cabinet door adjustments
• Caulking and grout separation (one-time)
• Flooring (not including normal wear and tear)
• Garage door adjustments
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Heat and air
