The longest component of the Ideal Warranty is the 10-Year Structural Warranty. It exists to provide reassurance, but it’s designed with the expectation that you’ll never need it.

That confidence comes from the incredibly strong and proven foundations that Ideal builds (with one of the highest foundation success rates of any new home builder in Oklahoma). Oklahoma’s well-known red dirt is actually expansive clay soil, which expands and contracts as moisture levels change. This movement is one of the leading causes of foundation issues across the state.

Soil-Specific Design, Community by Community

1. Geotechnical soil studies are commissioned for that specific location.
2. The data is reviewed by Dr. Chris Ramseyer, a consulting Ph.D. structural engineer.
3. Every foundation is individually engineered based on actual soil conditions.

As Dr. Ramseyer explains: “Most home builders are not relying on a geotechnical report on their soils. Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods always has a geotech firm do an actual analysis of what is going on right there so we understand the soil we’re building on.”
