Andrea Beecroft, customer care manager with Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods has been named one of HomeBuyers’ Choice Awards Top 10 representatives in the nation for customer service. This prestigious award recognizes individuals across the country who go above and beyond in their service to their customers and highlights the best in the homebuilding industry.

Beecroft has helped improve the customer experience ratings at Ideal by more than 15% since March of 2023. Beecroft has personally received a 100% review on more than half of her customer reviews in the past year. She is one of the supervisors over Ideal’s customer care team which includes field representatives, service technicians, a home detail team and two office managers. She helps lead the team on tackling any construction issues that arise with a new home before closing and after the homeowners move in.

A satisfied homeowner remarked, “Andrea was amazing! She ensured us everything would be touched up and ready to go for the final walk through. She was pointing out things even I didn’t see and marking them. She was always there early making sure the walk through was on time.”.
