Frontier City's annual Frightfest is already in full swing, but you still have until the 28th to scare the pants off the whole family with one of the top haunted houses around along with other fun activities. You can partake of Frightfest on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The events are described as "family by day and fright by night." You can get discounted entry if you bring 2 non-perishable food items to participate in the Frightfest food drive. All the proceeds go to benefit City Rescue Mission. Bricktown's Haunted Warehouse gives you another venue for chills and thrills right in the heart of Oklahoma City. Along with all the other great dinning, nightlife and attractions, October brings in the opportunity for some haunted fun at the warehouse. This attraction is open nightly from 7PM through the 31st and welcomes all ages. Not into haunted houses or warehouses? How about haunted barns? Located in El Reno, not too far from our Somer's Pointe community and other communities in the Mustang / Yukon Area, The Trail Of Terror team has some good scares to offer you. If you want to skip the scary barn and visit the traditional Trail Of Terror, October 25 is the night you'll be able to take guided walking tours. The website warns that this may be too intense for individuals with weak hearts, easy fainters, pregnant mothers, and small children so gauge your scare fun accordingly. Just past our Marble Leaf and Valencia communities in the Edmond Area is the Guthrie Haunts Scaregrounds. Once the old Harvey's Steakhouse, now these scaregrounds are a prime location for Halloween haunting.
