New 3-Car Garage Homes in Oklahoma

Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods is excited to share that we are adding a 3-car garage option to six of our most popular floor plans in areas across the metro.
Ranging from 1,586 to 2,136 square feet, these thoughtfully designed homes have long been offered with 2-car garages, but as homebuyer preferences shift, Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods is building more space where it matters. In several communities, the 3-car garage option is now available both as pre-designed homes that are move-in ready as well as custom floor plans to build on the homesite of your choice.
Today’s homeowners are looking for added flexibility and functionality. Whether it’s room for a workshop, space for an above-ground storm shelter, or a place for teenagers to park their first car, the benefits of a 3-car garage go far beyond the traditional garage space.
Each of the new 3-car garage floor plans maintains the same interior square footage as its 2-car version and sits on a larger home site, giving homeowners extra yard space without compromising the footprint of the home.
“We’ve heard from prospective homebuyers that a three-car garage is important, regardless of the size of the home. We listened and adjusted these plans to better meet our customers’ needs,” said Kent Dahl, Vice President of Estimating and Design at Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods. “These homes are ready for real life, whether that means stashing bikes, strollers or lawn equipment, setting up a home gym, or enjoying more outdoor space when the grandkids come to visit.”
The new 3-car garage floor plans are now available in the following Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods communities:
- Somers Pointe - new homes in Mustang, Oklahoma
- Dow's Hills - new homes in Washington, Oklahoma
- Park Valley - new homes in Stillwater, Oklahoma
The availability of 2-car and new 3-car garage plans varies by community. In Park Valley, customers can choose between 2-car and 3-car garage plans, whereas in Dow’s Hills and Somers Pointe, only the new 3-car garage plans will be available.

- Inwood: 3 beds | 2 baths | 1,768 Sq Ft

- Kensington: 4 beds + study | 2 baths | 1,989 Sq Ft
- Murphy: 3-4 beds | 2 baths | 2,136 Sq Ft
