Building New Homes and Offering Helping Hands in Bixby, OK

Last week, the Bixby Outreach Center (BOC) was in need of donations for their Spring Break Grab Bags. Mandy Blaich, the center's director, had been working to gather enough food for the bags that would be sent home with students before spring break.

Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods and Wyatt Poindexter Group stepped up to the plate. Together, they raised $750 worth of food for Bixby students. These bags made it possible for students to have enough food to last them through spring break. But the helping hands didn't stop there.

This week, more than a dozen employees from Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods and their families volunteered their time at the BOC food pantry.

Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods gives back 10% of profits to local, national, and international charitable organizations. Over the past 30 years, the company, and individuals at Ideal have focused on philanthropic efforts to help offer a hand-up in making an impact on the areas where we live and work.

In 2021, more than $800K was set aside for Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods to fulfill the Kingdom Initiatives mission. Ideal Homes future goals are to find more ways for employees to volunteer their time for those charities near to their hearts.
