Mercy Edmond I-35 Mercy is bringing expanded care to its Edmond I-35 campus with a new, comprehensive primary care facility and full-service emergency department projected to open in Spring 2019. Mercy’s investment in existing facilities and new construction plans represents more than $110 million along I-35.
