Below is a list of custom options customers may choose at time of contract. Please contact your new home consultant if you have any questions about the following selections.

• Floor plan
• Homesite
• Room conversion options available on selected floor plan
• Signature series master bath upgrade options
• Add an optional fireplace (if available on selected floor plan): gas or electric
• Add floor outlets
• Add door from garage to side yard
• Add storm shelter: exterior or garage location
• Add garage extension (2ft or 4ft)
• Add side storage (if available on selected floor plan)
• Increase width of driveway
• Add garage sidewalk (on standard or tandem garage)
• Add covered patio or extension
• Add additional concrete to back patio (100, 200 or 300 sq ft)
• Add circle driveway on Signature series homes only
• Add additional rebar for wood-look tile option
• Master bath window: obscure or clear glass
• Select exterior window color: white or clay 
• Select included garage door style or upgrade
