Which floor plans do Ideal employees choose?
April 11, 2016
Working here and believing in the homes we build, naturally, a lot of our employees live in Ideal homes. So what floor plans do our employees choose most often? Here's a list of the top three.
- The Kingsley - Ideal employees love this plan for its flexibility. With three bedrooms, a study, and a formal dining room, the layout can meet a variety of needs. The formal dining room serves as true flex space. One family uses the room to house an heirloom dining room set that was handed down from grandparents. Another co-worker turned it into a media room. Our customer care rep utilizes it as a playroom for the kids. It has also functioned as a second study. And you can't beat the open living room, kitchen, and breakfast area layout in the Kingsley. You can find this plan in Ideal Homes neighborhoods all over the Oklahoma City metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Choctaw, Mustang, Piedmont, and Stillwater.
- The Bradford - With a large front porch, this home has amazing curb appeal! The bonus room upstairs provides extra space for a game room or a fourth bedroom, and the tandem garage is great for storage. Customers and employees alike love the open concept kitchen with a huge corner pantry.
- The Garrison - They say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and that's certainly true in this floor design. Everything centers around the spacious kitchen that offers plenty of storage and counter space. The breakfast room, nestled in the front of the home, is bright and airy with large windows.
