We have two new beautifully decorated model homes for you to view as virtual tours or photos on your phone, computer or tablet. The first is the Chadwick floor plan located in our Trail Woods model in Norman, Oklahoma. The Chadwick is a 1,158 square foot, three-bed, two-bath home that balances beauty, efficiency, and functionality. Our favorite features are the open layout, the large, flat kitchen island for prepping and entertaining, the large closets including a master walk-in, the patio for outdoor living, and the larger garage for longer vehicles and extra storage. The second is the Drummond model home in our Oasis Ranch neighborhood in Blanchard, Oklahoma. The Drummond is a 1,234 sqft, 3 bed, 2 bat h home that offers design, beauty, and functionality. The open floor plan has a large floating island, and an oversized included covered patio is great for entertaining. The angled doorways at the rear patio keep the traffic pattern out of the way of useable areas such and the breakfast and kitchen, while a centralized utility room opening to the secondary bedrooms makes laundry day a breeze by saving time and backaches of dragging laundry across the house. To add some finishing touches the included mudroom/drop zone will add interest and organization to your entry and rear foyer.
