July 24, 2018

Parks in Choctaw OklahomaSundance, Ideal’s Choctaw neighborhood, is ideally located to benefit from the area’s peaceful ex-urban environment as well as the many exciting activities of the Oklahoma City metro.   Choctaw is the fastest-growing city in eastern Oklahoma County. Located just minutes east of Oklahoma City, it offers growing businesses, wonderful neighborhoods and top-rated schools. It’s truly a small-town atmosphere with all the benefits of a bustling metro area – all of which is easily accessed in mere minutes via the major Interstate crossroads of I-35 and I-40.   The cost of doing business in Choctaw is significantly less than most of the nation. Low taxes, construction costs, utility rates and housing costs, help make Choctaw a location of choice for business, including the Tinker Air Logistics Center nearby. With expanding business driving growth in the area, Choctaw retains its slower paced, friendly lifestyle that appeals greatly to families.   Along with the dozens of OKC activities available nearby, Choctaw hosts several festivals and happy family events.
