So… Do You Have Any Homes Available?

TL;DR: Yes. Some neighborhoods have lots available for custom homes as well as new homes currently under construction for sale. Other neighborhoods only have homes for sale that are currently under construction. 

We will break down for you which neighborhoods have homes available to buy (🏠) and homesites available to custom build (🔨). 

Edmond, OK

• Northbrooke 🏠 (Edmond, OK): This neighborhood is out of homesites for custom homes but has some pre-designed new homes for sale currently. This is the last section of this neighborhood.
• Valencia 🏠🔨 (Edmond, OK): With two new sections opening this summer, we have homes available for sale that are currently under construction and very soon there will be homesite reservations available to pick out the lot you want for a custom-built home in Edmond. Get on the waitlist now!

Norman, OK

• Greenleaf Trails 🏠 (Norman, OK): This neighborhood has one pre-designed new home for sale. There are currently no homesites available for custom homes, but more will be available Summer or Fall.
• Little River Trails 🏠 (Norman, OK): While there aren’t any homesites available in this neighborhood to custom build, there are pre-designed new homes available for sale now. This is the last section of this neighborhood – get in while you still can!
• Red Canyon Ranch 🏠🔨 (Norman, OK): This neighborhood has pre-designed homes currently for sale as well as a brand-new section of homesites for custom homes coming this summer. Get on the wait list now!
• Trail Woods 🏠 (Norman, OK): There is a very limited number of new homes currently under construction in this neighborhood that are available for sale. However, a new section will be opening up Fall 2021 to custom build on new homesites.

Moore, OK

• Abbot Lake 🏠 (Moore, OK): Homesites are now available to custom build a new home in this neighborhood. There are also pre-designed new homes for sale that are already under construction. Abbot Lake is a brand-new neighborhood so build times will likely be slightly longer than an established neighborhood.
• Featherstone 🏠🔨 (Moore, OK): A few pre-designed new homes are for sale as well as a very limited number of homesites for custom new homes.
• Native Plains 🏠🔨 (Moore, OK): There are some homesites available to build a custom home and there are pre-designed homes available for sale now as well.

Piedmont, OK

• Bison Creek (Piedmont, OK): We are currently out of new homes for sale and homesites for new custom homes in this neighborhood, but a new section will likely open Fall 2021.

Blanchard, OK

• Oasis Ranch 🏠 (Blanchard, OK): Pre-designed homes are now available for sale in this neighborhood, but it is out of homesites to build new custom homes. 

Yukon/Mustang, OK

• Castlewood Trails 🏠🔨 (Yukon, OK): Homesites are available to custom build new homes in this neighborhood. There are also pre-designed new homes for sale that are already under construction. 
• Skyline Trails 🏠 (Yukon, OK): While there aren’t currently any homesites available to custom build a new home, there are pre-designed homes now available for sale.
• Somers Pointe 🏠 (Yukon, OK): This neighborhood has new homes for sale that are currently under construction but is currently out of lots to build a custom home.

Choctaw, OK

• Timber Ridge Point 🏠 (Choctaw, OK): This neighborhood has homes currently under construction that are available to buy now. It is currently out of homesites available to custom build.

Stillwater, OK

• Teal Ridge Estates 🏠🔨(Stillwater, OK): This brand-new neighborhood has both homesites available to custom build a new home as well as homes already under construction that are now available for sale.
• The Canyons 🏠🔨 (Stillwater, OK): With both new homes under construction available to purchase now as well as homesites available to custom build a new home, this neighborhood has it all.
• Tradan Heights 🏠 (Stillwater, OK): This neighborhood is nearing completion so there are no longer homesites available to custom build a home, but there are new homes currently under construction that are available to buy.
