More than just a builder

 In 2015, Eddie and Suzy Miller purchased their first home with Ideal. Little did they know that by 2024, they would be living in their fourth Ideal home in their third Ideal community. During those nine years, they bought two pre-designed homes and built two custom homes. The Millers said they continued to choose Ideal because, through every stage of life, they found more than just a place to live, they found a home within a community. 

"The quality of the homes and the communities that Ideal offers have consistently impressed us," said Suzy. "Our favorite floor plan is the Forrester, with its open and airy feel that truly makes us feel at home." 

The Millers' favorite part of their new custom-built Forrester home is the open layout. They love where the living room, kitchen and dining area connect as one large living space. But what sets Ideal apart from other builders, according to Suzy and Eddie, are the people who have worked with them throughout each home purchase. 

"They (Ideal employees) are knowledgeable, personable and always have a 'can-do' attitude," Eddie said. "They have walked us through the entire process with genuine smiles and have treated us with the same care and attention even after closing." 

The Millers believe that everyone should have the opportunity to feel as good as they do living in their new home and offer a little advice during the home search.
