Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods App SMS Notifications (the "Program").

Program Description

The Program sends text messages related to your home purchase, warranty and service requests, appointment reminders, community updates, and more from Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods. By providing your mobile phone number you consent to receive these SMS text messages at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is recurring based on your account activity (e.g., appointment reminders, warranty updates, and other account-related notifications).

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message to opt out. After you text STOP, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Eligibility

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted for all approved subcontractors to operate this Program. Changes to These Terms
