The Overly is a 2,327 square foot home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study and a three-car garage. When you enter this home, you're greeted by an open entry with lots of natural light and easy access to the mudroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kitchen is central to the home and features a large cabinet pantry and an oversized island with generous seating. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with an eye-catching faux beam running down the middle. You'll also enjoy eight stacked windows that fill the living space with natural light and create a memorable statement. The master suite is a wrap-around design that circles from the master bedroom to master bath and features a five-foot shower and split vanities, to a massive master closet, then to the utility, and finally ending at the mudroom where you can go back to the entry, kitchen, or garage.
