Ideal Homes, Inc. offers over Cavco floor plans manufactured in the Litchfield plants.  These single/double/triple-wide floor plans are highly customizable and range in size from 700 sq. ft. to 2918 sq. ft.

Cavco On-Site was developed to assure a quality installation and help homeowners efficiently settle into their new home.

Service during the warranty period is managed by very capable factory service departments. Quality service in a reasonable time frame has enabled Cavco to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Cavco’s commitment to quality and service does not end when the home leaves the manufacturing facility.

Cavco Industries Inc. builds HUD coded homes, residential modular homes, park models, and commercial buildings to meet your needs. Choose from single-section, multi-section, and a multitude of floor sizes for a variety of applications.

Cavco designs products for subdivisions, mobile home rental parks, private property, and in-fill urban area’s. These models are presented in a whole host of layouts to satisfy the most discriminating tastes. Split floor plans, front entry, porches, offsets, and various vaulted dormers are available. These name just a few of your choices and the list goes on. Modifications per customer request are also not a problem with our in-house engineering capabilities.

Our exteriors have the look you need to suit many environments. In the mountains our log or cedar sided homes with standing seam metal roofs look great, or maybe a Santa Fe styled territorial with a stucco exterior for the desert? Perhaps a vinyl sided home with architectural shingles is more your style? If that is not enough there is also hardboard panel and hardboard lap siding available.
